The Fertility of Transformation

An exhibition that explores the body as a site of entanglement and collapses the boundaries between self and other through the shared experience of change, rearrangement, and renewal of what we’ve inherited.
Join us in welcoming Cleveland-area artists Anna Chapman and Kristen Newell to the gallery at June’s Walk All Over Waterloo! Following its opening, The Fertility of Transformation will be open to visit in-person on Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm, during July’s Walk All Over Waterloo, and by appointment on weekdays until July 17. Waterloo Arts hosted a virtual artist talk via Zoom on Saturday, June 26th at 4pm, and a related Green Palette Webinar featuring Rust Belt Riders on Thursday, June 24th at 6pm. This exhibition was also featured in the Summer 2021 print edition of CAN Journal.
