If you missed the GoGo last year, you’ll want to check out the party this year during the next Walk All Over Waterloo. The entire art center – Gallery, Callaloo Cafe, and Creative Space – will be transformed into a black light extravaganza. Fun event for all ages. Dress in your brightest white or a DayGlo creation of your making! *
