We invite you to make some old fashioned Valentine’s Day cards with us in the Creative Space at Waterloo Arts during our Annual Meeting where we will review Waterloo Arts 2017 programs and take a look at what is to come in 2018. Your feedback and suggestions are also always welcome. We will provide all the construction paper and glitter you need to make your special person smile this Valentine’s Day and we’ll clean up the mess!
