Cleveland’s fastest growing, grassroots, arts-centric, eclectic, family friendly festival is back and better than ever! More than 5,000 people are expected to spend the day on Waterloo seeing and making art, catching live performances, shopping an array of vendors, and noshing on local eats, as well as visiting the one-of-a-kind businesses that make our burgeoning district unique.
Some of the popular features of last year are returning, including public art installations and historical exhibits, children’s activities with custom installations, live music on multiple stages, performance art, poetry, and dance, as well as local artisans selling their wares. This year, look for even more interactive workshops and demos, more impromptu street
performances, and a wider array of music, poetry and dance.
In addition, storytellers and performers will engage and entertain audiences of all ages. Visiting artists will let festival goers get hands-on with the art. For the alternative crowd, there will be the ever popular Rock ‘n’ Roll Flea Market at the Beachland Ballroom, plus collectibles and cutting edge artwork to be viewed and bought at on street vendor booths
and all Waterloo galleries.
Clevelanders of all ages should come to the Waterloo Arts Fest prepared to see and do something new. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to take part in all that this exciting new arts and entertainment district has to offer.
The Fest will take place on Waterloo Road between E. 156th & E. 161st.
