CALL FOR VENDORS! Waterloo Arts Holiday Co-op 2025

This holiday season we are once again welcoming our Holiday Co-Op to the Waterloo Arts Gallery. We are looking for Northeast Ohio artists and vendors to share their creative wares and support other makers in our community!

The co-op will be held from NOV 28 – DEC 21 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm – 7 pm. Plus there will be a Last-Minute-Shopper Happy Hour on Tuesday, December 23 from 4-7pm.

What’s this going to cost?

Artists and vendors can apply for half-table spaces for $30 (some wall space is also available).

Waterloo Arts takes a 30% gallery commission on all sales to cover operational costs. 

To ensure we are open during prime weekend shopping hours, we encourage accepted vendors to work shifts at the Holiday Co-Op. Vendors who work one 3-hour shift will have their $30 half-table fee refunded. Shift responsibilities include opening/closing the shop, processing sales, and interacting with customers. More info about Shift Sign-Up will be sent with acceptance details.

I’m interested! What do I do to submit?

Interested artists and vendors should fill out THIS FORM which includes contact information, images of work and/or past market displays, etc.

Important Dates:

Deadline for submissions is Saturday, November 1 at 11:59 pm. 

Notification of acceptance by end of day on Thursday, November 6.

Payments for table fees due Sunday, November 9 at 11:59 pm. This confirms your participation in the event.

Drop-off & Set-up: Thursday, Nov. 20th 12-7 pm & Friday, Nov. 21 12-4 pm. 

Shift Sign-Up will also be due at drop-off (Shift sign-up sheet will be sent with acceptance details) 

***ALL goods are required to be tagged with the artist/studio name or initials and price by drop-off period.***

Digital Inventory sheet due by 11:59 pm on Friday, November 21st.

Pick-up of remaining wares will be Tuesday, December 23 from 7 – 8 pm or Saturday, December 27, 12-4pm; any wares left unclaimed will be relinquished to Waterloo Arts on February 1.

How will the nitty-gritty work?

Sales will be either paid by cash or through our Square reader on our iPad. Artists/vendors will be paid their sales amount (minus the 30% commission) after the close of the Holiday Co-Op event. 

Artists/vendors are asked to consider the display of their wares and to bring display structures, and any supportive materials or didactics needed to support the work in their absence.
