AFTER-PARTY: Don’t miss out on 2023’s most radiant party yet! In celebration of the close of DayGloSho 10, we invite you to attend a DayGlo after-party on January 28th, 6-8pm that we’ve put together with two very special collaborators. This event is a ticketed event ($25/person). Ticket cost includes:
– glowing appetizers by Rasul Welch of Farmer’s Feast Cleveland
– brand new dance playlist curated by Laura Robbins of Dance Dance Party Party Cleveland (DDPPCLE)
– one drink ticket, plus access to a cash bar that’ll be mixing up blacklight-reactive cocktails
– take-home party favors
– one last chance to dance among 30 fluorescent artworks in our totally blacklit gallery!

Before the party, DayGloSho 10 will be open to the public during its final, cost-free public viewing hours from 12-4pm on January 28th. The ticketed after-party will take place in the gallery and cafe from 6-8pm.

ABOUT DAYGLOSHO 10: In January, Waterloo Arts celebrates its 10th year hosting the DayGloSho, kicking off a year-long celebration of our 20th year as an arts organization. To commemorate these two anniversaries occurring in 2023, we’ve invited 24 artists to contribute celebratory or party-inspired artworks and handmade party favors, all incorporating DayGlo paint that responds loudly in a fully black-lit gallery.

With birthday cakes and streamers, party hats and piñatas, we’ll ring in the New Year at the ‘Sho’s opening reception on January 1st. Then for the month of January, all the confetti, candles, cupcakes, and noisemakers will launch us forward into a warm and jubilant year.
