Join us for the 2026 unveiling of Cleveland’s Annual Blacklight Exhibition: PSYCHEDELIC! Presented in Partnership with the Dayglo Color Corporation.
Leaning into the history of Blacklight’s association with 1960s and 70s visual culture of rock and roll, Waterloo Arts has adopted the theme: PSYCHEDELIC for the 2026 iteration of our popular art exhibition. Live music is an integral part of the Waterloo Arts District, with long-running venues like the Beachland Ballroom hosting bands from across the world. In the spirit of Waterloo Road’s association with live music, PSYCHEDELIC will focus on how Black Light was used especially for band and music posters.

During PSYCHEDELIC you can also immerse yourself in AfterGlo, a walk-through black light installation created by a cohort of local artists, who turned a 3000 sf exhibition space into a totally PSYCHEDELIC experience!
