Music For Miles: No Exit on April 8 @ 4pm

Created as an outlet for the commission and performance of contemporary avant-garde concert music, No Exit is in its eighth season, with well over fifty commissions, representing the gamut of the avant-garde, and a program for nurturing the development of the area’s young composers and musicians through workshops, student readings and master classes.

The ensemble was founded by Timothy Beyer, Nicholas Underhill, Jenna Lyle, Tom Bowling, Nick Diodore and Cara Tweed; it has extended its reach enormously through collaborations with such groups as NeoSonicFest , the St.Paul, Minnesota-based new music ensemble Zeitgeist, and Patchwork, a Cleveland-based saxophone and drum set duo that works with composers to build an eclectic body of new music.

Music for Miles chamber concerts begin at 4 pm on select second Sundays of the month. They are free, informal, open to all ages and require no reservations.
