Orhan Miloshe lives and works in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a founding member of the arts cooperative Artless Dodges, Inc. and its publishing division, The Artless Dodges Press. HAZAIAH’S HEAD is his second novel. His first novel, I AWOKE IN A HOUSE AFIRE, or THE ACCIDENTAL ANARCHIST, was published by The Artless Dodges Press in 2010.
